Web Services – We have highly secure, web-based porgrams ” Pre-Register ” and ” Pateint Portal ” that allows you to do pre-registration and contact our office about non-urgent medical matters.
Northeast Medical Group will accommodate same day urgent visits to the extent that our schedules permit. Please call as early as possible, as the number of urgent visits may be limited. In an emergency, call the office if possible, so that we may assist in your treatment and direct you to the Lowell General Hospital if necessary. For life threatening emergencies, call 911 or go directly to the nearest hospital emergency department.
Appointments may be requested by patient portal if you have login or leaving a voice mail message at any time.
Northeast Medical Group makes every attempt to call and remind patients of scheduled appointments. We utilize an automated reminder system that calls patients 48 hours in advance to remind them of their upcoming scheduled appointment. Also we send appointment reminder e-mail if you provided us a e-mail address.
If you are unable to keep an appointment or if you are going to be late for your appointment please notify the office as soon as possible so other patients can be accommodated. A message may be left 24 hours a day on our office voice mail. If we are not notified in advance, a fee may be charged for missed appointments. If you miss three appointments without notifying Northeast Medical Group, we will inform you and reserve the right to discontinue your medical care.
